Our customers rely on our innovative automation solutions. From consulting, hardware planning, software development and switchgear construction to commissioning and after-sales service, we offer a full range of services for electrical automation. With our professional work and high level of commitment, our customers have a partner they can rely on.
Added value: Ideas brought to completion
There are many ways to control a machine or plant. Real solutions that meet both the requirements and the budget are few and far between. We make it our job to find these ways, so that our solutions for your machines and systems are both functional and efficient. And that it's fun to work with them. This is the only way to produce optimum products with little waste.
Production: Customized outsourcing
A switch cabinet is more than the sum of its parts. Optimum construction, accessibility of the components and perfect interfaces make integration, operation and servicing easier for our customers. This pays off over the entire life cycle. Do you supply US customers? We are a UL Panel Shop Builder and authorized to mark the UL508A built cabinet with the UL label. This lowers the costs for approval of the plant at the end customer’s site.

Quality: Only what is documented counts
Do you need to log machine data and document the quality of the goods produced? Or do you work in a GMP environment?? With certon you have a software solution that can be flexibly connected to almost any data source. certon does not require programming and only has to be configured. This considerably simplifies integration into existing systems.
GMP: Engineering for regulated areas
With our many years of experience in design, software development and commissioning from FAT to OQ, we create automation solutions for regulated areas. We plan GMP-compliant projects in line with GAMP 5 and our applications comply with the guidelines of EC GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. In addition to software and hardware engineering, we also supply the necessary GMP documentation. certon, the simple and secure GMP-compliant data acquisition tool, rounds off our product range.
After Sales: Benefit from experience
You can also rely on us after your system has been delivered. Our customers benefit from our experienced Help Desk team. They have programmed and commissioned control systems themselves and are available to answer any questions about our products.
Downtime: Fast help guaranteed
Even the best parts can sometimes fail. It is then good to know that our customers can rely on our fast spare parts service. To ensure that the part arrives safely, we take care not only of procurement but also of the necessary logistics and can also draw on the worldwide network of Benninger subsidiaries.
Top fit: Longer life cycle
Mechanical plants usually have much longer life cycles than electrical control systems. Machines are often still operational but the control system no longer complies with the current state of the art. Energy savings, more efficient operation, higher cycle rates, data acquisition and logging as well as integration into an industry 4.0 environment are increasingly in demand. It is therefore worthwhile to keep the machine but to modernize the control system. Our modernization solutions make your plant fit for the future.
Operation: Well trained - trouble-free operation
Well-trained personnel ensure smooth operation. We train our customers in the fields of system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
We always ensure that training is project-related and practical.
This guarantees maximum effectiveness and lowers downtimes.
